PRODIAMAN OIL SERVICES
Prodiaman is a diversified Angolan corporation with over 300 employees formed
and run by Angolan nationals with extensive experience in the government
representative process representing foreign companies seeking to maximize their
business opportunities in Angola.
Prodiaman has extensive experience in the oil & gas, mining and their respective
support services. Prodiaman acquired a working interest in each of offshores Blocks
2/05 and 4/05.
Prodiaman including through its joint venture, TEST Angola, is involved in the design
and service of control panesl (pneumatic, hydraulical and electrical) and systems that
monitor and control the production of oil and gas. Prodiaman through its joint venture
with affiliates of Akers Solutions is involved with subsea design, manufacturing and
installation activities to the offshore oil & gas industry in Angola.
Prodiaman through its strategic relationship with BEL Valves of Newcastle UponTyne
UK for the sale and remediation in Angola of highly engineered valves, actuators and
control devices and end-to-end valve services to the Angolan oil and gas (upstream
and downstream), petrochemical and industrial sectors. BEL Valves is establishing a
local remediation facility in Viana, Angola for the remediation of valves that have been
installed in Angola by any company.
Prodiaman through its strategic relationship with Altea Resources of Paris, France
provides manpower solutions including skilled workers, professional engineers and
senior management personnel to oil & gas companies, contractors and drilling
companies.
In April 2014 Aker Solutions announced that it won a contract worth NOK 14 billion
(USD $2.38 billion) to deliver subsea production system for Total’s Kaombo
development in Angola.

PEDRO GODINHO DOMINGOS
Prodiaman is headed by its Chairman and President, Pedro Godinho Domingos,
known throughout Luanda as Pedro Godinho. Mr. Godinho has over 35 years
experience in the Oil & Gas industry and its related service sectors and has
worked in petroleum engineering capacities with Chevron Texaco, and at
Sonangol. Mr. Godinho, who is fluent in English, is a graduate of both Portuguese
Catholic University and of Agostinho Neto University and was awarded degrees
both in engineering and in management and business. Mr. Godinho is a
frequent lecturer on business opportunities in Angola.
